Tearms & Booking Conditions | Book Now Fly Later
We want your booking experience to be simple and safe. When you choose to book with us, it is important that you fully understand the terms and conditions that apply. Please take the time to read this page carefully before completing your reservation.
Note: These booking conditions apply to all our services, including flights, holiday packages, car hire, and other travel arrangements.Making a Booking
You can make a booking online, by phone, by email, or in person at our office. The same booking conditions apply whichever way you choose. Once you place a request, one of our travel consultants will send you a confirmation email. This will include:
Your travel details
The total cost
Payment instructions
Please check this email carefully. Look at the names, travel dates, and times. If anything looks wrong, contact us straight away so we can fix it. If everything is correct, you can continue with your payment.
In most cases, full payment is required at the time of booking unless we confirm otherwise. If you decide to pay later, you must pay a deposit of £25 within 24 hours to hold your booking. This deposit counts toward your total fare, but it is non-refundable. You can pay the rest in one go or in parts (as long as the full amount is cleared before the deadline).
Tickets are only issued when:
Full payment is received
All travel details are confirmed in writing
Required documents are provided, such as identification or card authorization
Once a ticket is issued, it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person (unless the airline specifically allows it).
Receiving Your Tickets
Most tickets are electronic and sent by email. If you prefer, you may collect them at our office or request postal delivery. Please allow up to three working days if you want them mailed.
After receiving your confirmation, your booking becomes official. Any corrections must be made before tickets are issued. Once issued, most changes are not possible.
It is important to reconfirm your flight schedule with the airline directly 48 to 72 hours before departure. Airlines sometimes make last-minute changes.
Airline Schedules and Pricing
Airlines can change schedules and fares at any time. If a change happens before your ticket is issued, we will inform you. You may choose to accept the new fare or change your booking. Any extra cost is your responsibility.
Taxes and fees may also increase after booking. If this happens, we will let you know, and you will need to cover the difference.
Flight availability is only guaranteed once payment is complete and your ticket is issued on the same day.
Booking Modes
You can book with us in several ways:
Online: Select your flights on our website. You will first get an auto-response, followed by a confirmation email with payment details. Once payment is received, your e-ticket will be sent.
Telephone: Speak with one of our consultants to book by phone. You will be asked for payment details and then sent a confirmation email. If your consultant is not available, ask for another team member or the manager.
In Person: Visit our office to make or complete a booking. Our address is 20 Mowbray St, Rotherham, United Kingdom. If you have already spoken with us by phone, it helps to call ahead so your documents are ready.
Whichever way you book, always check your confirmation details. We cannot take responsibility for missed deadlines or mistakes if details are not confirmed in time.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Before Tickets Are Issued
If you want to change your travel date, time, or name before a ticket is issued, we will try to help. However, airlines usually charge extra for changes, and you must cover any price increase.
Name corrections are rarely allowed. Most of the time, a new ticket must be booked, which can cost more than the original fare.
Remember that once a change request is made, your original booking is cancelled. If you later change your mind, we cannot always get back the same fare.
Your name and travel details must match your passport exactly. If they do not, the ticket becomes invalid, and refunds are not available.
After Tickets Are Issued
Once a ticket is issued, changes are very limited. Some airlines may allow small corrections, such as changing a title or fixing one letter in a name, but this is rare.
Changing dates after ticketing is also difficult. In cases where it is allowed, you will need to pay both the airline’s penalty and the fare difference. Availability is never guaranteed.
Many tickets have strict rules about changes within 48 hours of departure or on the day of travel. These usually cannot be changed at all.
Cancelling a Booking
If you need to cancel, the request must be sent in writing by the person who made the booking or the traveller named on the ticket.
Not all tickets can be cancelled. Promotional and low-cost fares are often non-refundable. If your ticket type allows refunds, the amount will depend on the airline’s policy.
Refunds are only processed after the airline returns the funds to us, which can take 8 to 12 weeks or longer. The airline decides the refund amount. We act only as the middle channel.
If you cancel before your ticket is issued, a £100 cancellation fee applies. If your ticket is already issued, the airline’s refund rules apply.
Refunds are always paid back to the same account used for payment unless we confirm otherwise.
If the airline cancels your flight, they may offer a refund or a new flight. You will need to decide which option to take.
Airline Cancellations and Strikes
If the airline cancels, suspends service, or strikes, delays may occur. Refunds in these cases are decided by the airline and may take much longer. Sometimes refunds are not guaranteed at all.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against such risks.
Your Rights in Case of Changes by Us
Sometimes, we may have to make a change due to airline or supplier issues. If this happens, we will inform you right away.
If the change is major, you can:
Accept the change
Choose another option and pay the difference if it costs more
Cancel and receive a refund
Minor changes, such as a small time adjustment, will not result in refunds.
If your trip is cancelled because of reasons beyond our control, such as war, weather, or strikes, refunds or compensation are not offered. We will, however, help you find alternatives.
Airline Passenger Information
Some countries, including the United States, require airlines to share passenger details with immigration authorities. This means your travel information may be passed to officials in countries you visit.
All information in this document is based on the latest guidance, but there may be small changes or updates over time.
